Shipping + Returns
We want our customers to LOVE their purchases! If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we are here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges up to 15 days after the shipping date of your order. Items must be unworn/unused, with the tags still on (for those products with tags).
Simply respond to your order confirmation email with the item you would like to return or exchange, and we'll email you back with our return shipping address.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a gift card to cover the cost of the product + shipping on your next order - via email. The gift card will be good for one year. Please note: we provide store credit via gift cards, not refunds.
If your item arrives damaged - or you need to exchange for any reason, please let us know! Keep in mind - we have limited quantities of most product! There is a possibility that your item may be sold out - and not able to exchange for the same item. We will issue you a gift card and free shipping code via email if we are not able to exchange your product! If you don't absolutely love your piece and need to exchange it - let us know! Once we receive your package, we will ship out your new piece, shipping on us!
All items purchased at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend you to gift those items to a friend!
We work to ship your product within 3-5 business days. However, if for any reason shipping will take longer, you will be notified. If you need your package sooner - please specify in the checkout notes and we will do our best to honor your request!
